Anita was a Godsend. She explained the entire buying process from start to finish. She listened to what we desired and was able to show us numerous homes in our area. She was available every step of the way. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. We are living in our dream home thanks to her!

In my opinion, a real estate transaction can be one of the most stressful times of your life. That coupled with a death of a loved one and the immediacy of a move can be overwhelming. The organizational skills, as well care for her client (me) was incredible and heart warming. Very professional and knowledgeable. Anita and her associate Bre were wonderfully attentive and brought with them a very professional and skillful photographer and pre-appraiser. They also eased the documentation process by having us sign most items online before the closing. Very smooth process.

Anita and her entire team are the best we've ever worked with. She helped us with pricing, staging and took care of everything else in the process masterfully, resulting in lots of traffic/showings in a short period of time - and a full price offer, which we closed on last week. Very grateful for their efforts and I highly recommend.
